Cafenorte offers a life experience in each cup of coffee. In essence, we are producers committed to the environment and fair trade; hence, our main objective is to bring the coffee beans grown, with passion and dedication, by our associates directly to the hands of the consumer. The absence of brokers allows us to have direct traceability.

Thanks to the fact that our associates own the properties where Bahareque coffee is grown, our extension service has set up a working methodology that allows us to identify lots of outstanding quality, with the potential to be selected as a raw material for specialty coffees of our brands TORRA, TATAMA and VARIETAL.

It all starts with the monitoring of coffee farms. Through our Soil and Leaves Laboratory, we identify the potential of each of our associates' properties. When one of them stands out for its fertilization and nutrient conditions, our agricultural engineers of the Cooperative's technical extension area, establish a protocol to perform the tasks of harvesting, processing, drying, threshing and selection independently, in order to maintain a differentiated registry of these lots at all times.

From the moment the lot is identified, our SCAA-certified Tasting Laboratory evaluates the physical and sensory quality of the coffee to ensure that it meets all cup profiles.

This process allows us to offer our customers full traceability from growing to export, which is verifiable at our website, our mobile application and the supporting documentary information, through online access granted at the time of sale.

We are committed to total transparency, thus providing security as to the origin and management of our commercial offer. We do not just offer coffee, we offer passion, tradition and culture in a cup of coffee.
